Verification of income and or no less than 3 moths employment, past rental history, criminal background check, gross monthly income must be at least 35% for approval.
Everyone is required to fill out an application and process of the application can take a couple of days.
Utilities are the tenants responsibly.
City of Deming has a $100.00 security deposit and other companies use your credit score to determine your fee.
If pets are allowed some breeds may still not be allowed ask our office for a list of breeds not allowed at all.
